Meet Iris

ASK ABOUT A SERVICE AND A PRICE.
ANY TIME, EVEN AT NIGHT.

Iris is the assistant of SEVEN Works. She will tell you what something costs from the live price list, explain the difference between services and suggest where to start with your car. She writes in your language and asks for no sign-in.

Who Iris is

She asks about the car, not your e-mail

Before she recommends anything she asks how the car looks and how you use it — the way someone in the workshop would. She does not ask for your contact details; we need those only for an enquiry. Before her first answer she briefly asks for your consent to process the question.

Prices

She reads the price list, not her memory

Ask about a price and Iris takes it from the SEVEN Works price list valid at that second — detailing, PPF, ceramic coating and tinting. If a price is only indicative or on request, she says so.

Guide

She answers from our own articles

Her advice on car care is built on the SEVEN Works Guide — texts written by the people in this workshop. Not on what an AI picked up elsewhere.

Choosing

She will also say what not to buy

If a protection does not suit a car in your condition, Iris will say so. Recommending the more expensive service is easy; recognising that the cheaper one is enough is harder and worth more.

WHAT IRIS CANNOT DO

This is more honest than a list of what she can. She will not close a job for you or book a slot. She cannot see your car, so she cannot judge the state of the paint — that needs an inspection. And she does not remember you: close the tab and the conversation is gone.

She does not remember you between visits

With your consent your browser remembers which pages you viewed until you close the tab, so that Iris can follow on from them. Your browser holds it, not her, and closing the tab clears it.

What you write to her, we read too

When an enquiry comes out of the conversation, it reaches us with what you told Iris — you will not have to write it twice. You see the summary beforehand and can remove it.

In writing, not by voice

You write to Iris. You cannot speak to her and you cannot upload photos into the chat — you attach those to the enquiry form, where we look at them ourselves.

Ask

Not sure what your car needs?

Tell Iris how the car looks and what bothers you about it. She will suggest where to start and what it costs.
