At SEVEN Works in Ústí nad Labem, we start with a conversation about your car. We want to know how you use it and what you expect from it, and we base our proposed solution and price range on that.

How We Look at Your Car

Every owner has a different relationship with their car. Some want to keep it in top condition long-term. Others mainly want peace of mind and minimum hassle. Some plan to sell the car in a few years and think about its resale value. For some, a car is mainly a means of transport, and the marks of everyday use are simply part of that. Each of these approaches calls for different care, so we talk it through with you first.

What we recommend is based on how you use the car and how long you plan to keep it — not on which option costs the most. We'll recommend some services and not others, even ones we're perfectly able to carry out. We want your decision to still make sense with time.

How the First Meeting Works

A conversation about the car and your expectations. We'll go through how you use the car and what you want from its care.
Paint diagnostics. We take a look at the car in person. Paint diagnostics is an inspection that reveals its actual condition, so our proposal is based on the car's real state.
Proposed solution and price range. We'll tell you what we recommend, and you'll get a price range before you decide.

What We Ask at the Consultation

These are the questions we ask at every consultation. You don't need to have the answers ready — we'll go through them together.

How do you use the car? Do you drive it every day, or mostly at weekends?
How long do you want to keep it? Months, years, or for as long as it runs?
What bothers you about the car, and what don't you want to address? Things like scratches, washing, or small signs of everyday use.
Do you prefer peace of mind, or a perfect appearance? And how much of the care do you want to handle yourself?
