Company vehicles are on the road every day, carrying customers and goods, and their condition is something everyone who sits in them or passes them on the street notices. Company Vehicle Care is a regular service for local companies with a vehicle fleet in Ústí nad Labem and the surrounding area: we set up a program based on how you use your vehicles, and we make sure they look the way you expect a company vehicle to look.
Who it's for
The service is for companies with multiple vehicles – from the personal cars of sales reps, through service and trade vans, to vehicles you use to visit customers. It doesn't suit a single private vehicle or occasional washing, but rather a fleet you want under regular care. Three care programs
The price is for one visit per vehicle. The programs are three levels of the same visit, not three retainers. A higher program replaces the lower one in that month rather than adding to it — one visit means one program and one price. The rhythm given for each is a recommendation, not a number of visits included in the price.

For vehicles that visit customers or represent the company outwardly.
What it does to the annual cost
The prices in the table are per visit, so you can work out a year on one vehicle directly: how many of each program, times its price. A typical mix for a passenger car is nine Operational, two Extended and one Representative a year.
Against ordering the same work as individual services from the standard price list, all three programs come out cheaper. We wash the vehicles of one fleet back to back, without resetting between them, so the work on each takes less time. On the cheapest program that saving makes up the largest share of the price, which is where it shows most. What that comes to for your fleet, we calculate in the quote.
From ten vehicles in the program we add a further 5%, and from twenty-five, 10%. In return the studio sets the dates, on weekdays outside peak hours, and the contract runs for twelve months.
Preparing a vehicle to be returned from a lease
Returning a leased vehicle has its own rules. We offer this preparation separately – all you need is for the lease to be ending and to want the vehicle ready for handover. Terms of cooperation
Company Vehicle Care is set up for ongoing operation, not one-off jobs:
- we take on fleets from 4 vehicles per month,
- cooperation runs on a 12-month contract,
- the studio schedules individual vehicles according to workshop capacity, not the company,
- for a larger number of vehicles on the program we offer a volume discount: 10–24 vehicles −5%, 25 or more vehicles −10% (the discount applies to the programs, not to lease-return preparation),
- if a vehicle turns out to be dirtier than the chosen program covers, we treat it as an extra step, always with your approval first,
- pickup within 25 km of the studio is included in the price.
